Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years managing a sales kickoff event. Must have direct experience with SKO development, logistics and content creation and management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Sales enablement experience is required
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and messaging for various audiences
- Proficiency in communication tools (e.g., Slack, G-Suite) and program management software such as Monday or Asana
- Experience utilizing training development tools such as Rise or Articulate, as well as audio and video editing software and AI tools such as Chat GPT or Gemini
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Mission-driven, with a belief in and commitment to the success of Axonius, and our customer which is the entire revenue team
- A balanced blend of strategist and executioner with the needed ability to creatively flex and shift in a fast-paced, evolving environment

What the job involves
- Reports to: Sr. Director of Global Enablement
- We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Enablement Leader to drive the success of our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Emerging Enterprise Representatives (EERs)
- We are seeking an experienced Communications Program Manager to join our dynamic sales enablement team at Axonius
- The Sales Enablement Communications Program Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales team by developing, managing and executing communication strategies and sales events for the entire revenue team
- This individual will be primarily responsible for driving the sales communications and events strategies, and setting a twice yearly plan for how we’ll ensure the sales org has the information they need, when they need it
- The role will tactically be responsible for two existing deliverables:
- (1) overseeing internal communications within Sales, including monthly sales all-hands meetings, weekly management podcasts, and ongoing notifications via Slack and email; and (2) planning and executing sales events, such as the annual sales kickoff, field engineering summits and/or QBRs
- The role will also be responsible for evolving the function of Communications and Events within the sales enablement team, delivering new ideas, fresh modalities and modern communication and event management techniques
- Creating a twice-yearly events and communications strategy: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive events and communications strategy that supports the sales team
- This includes creating, planning and managing sales communications methods and events that engage, inform, and empower the sales team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing and Operations to create targeted communication campaigns that align with business goals, drive product awareness, and enhance sales team performance
- Ensure that all events and communications are aligned with the overall sales strategy and effectively convey key messages to stakeholders
- Continuously assess, refine and evolve the strategy based on feedback and evolving business needs to maximize impact and ROI
- Monthly Sales All-Hands Meetings: Coordinate and manage all aspects of the monthly sales all-hands meetings, including agenda development, speaker coordination, content creation, and follow-up communications
- Weekly Management Podcasts: Oversee the production and distribution of weekly management podcasts, ensuring relevant content is delivered to the sales team in a timely and engaging manner
- Launch Support: Collaborate with the various enablement leaders to develop the communications portion of the enablement plan to support launches that occur throughout the year
- Examples range from large scale Tier 1 annual product launches to small scale Tier 3 internal process changes. This role will create and define communications strategies that
- Ongoing Notifications: Manage ongoing communication with the sales team through Slack, email, and other internal channels, ensuring key updates, announcements, and resources are effectively disseminated
- Annual Sales Kickoff: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the annual sales kickoff, including venue selection, agenda development, speaker coordination, content creation, logistics management and budget development and management
- Sales Events: Manage other sales events throughout the year, such as regional sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities, ensuring alignment with overall sales enablement strategy
