Who you are
- You have a strong understanding of the sales process and love conducting research on leads
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative in a B2B sales development or inside sales role and experience selling to Human Resources (HR) buyers
- Demonstration of past success in terms of hitting goals/quotas
- Previous experience with CRM and Sales Engagement platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Outreach) preferred
- Customer-focused mindset
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills tied with effective time management
- Team oriented; high integrity and honesty
- Ability to independently set and manage priorities
- Able to work efficiently and meet operational goals and deadlines
- Strong desire and ability to move up within the sales organization or other related departments
- Working knowledge of surveys, company offerings, competitive landscape and related common business problems
- Willingness to work with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
What the job involves
- We're looking for a talented Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team
- You'll be working to get meetings with potential businesses in our target market who are interested in employee listening initiatives
- Basically, you'll be representing our company and our awesome products and services to potential buyers
- You'll also be keeping track of data related to interested prospects and working closely with our sales executives to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Identify opportunities and provide sales support to sales team
- Receive and direct inbound leads and leads from other activities to ensure everyone is diligently followed up with
- Assist in conduct research and daily outbound calling and emailing to targeted prospects with the goal of qualifying and setting a meeting with the account executive
- Generate and submit activity and result reports in Salesforce, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analysis
- Occasionally attend educational workshops and career development and/or technical training
