• Experience using power dialer systems for outbound calling
• Proven track record in high-volume outbound calling, ideally in a sales, lead generation, or telemarketing environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally

• Ability to collaborate effectively with BDRs and sales teams to meet campaign goals

• We are seeking a highly motivated and focused Power Dialer Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-volume outbound calls, reaching 100 to 300 contacts per hour using a power dialer. You will work closely with our Business Development Representatives (BDRs), who will provide targeted call lists and orchestrate outbound campaigns
• Your primary goal is to support lead generation efforts by efficiently dialing and helping drive pipeline growth for the company
• Use a power dialer to make 100 to 300 outbound calls per hour to prospects
• Work with BDRs to execute targeted outbound campaigns
• Ensure call lists are followed accurately and efficiently
• Track call metrics, including call volume, connect rates, and other KPIs, and report results to the team
• Schedule follow-up meetings or transfer qualified leads to BDRs or sales representatives for further engagement
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication on all calls
• Provide feedback to BDRs regarding list performance and call outcomes to refine future campaigns
• Continuously optimize outbound processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates
