Role
Who you are
- Strong background working in and releasing a Flutter application to production
- At least 2 years of professional experience with Flutter
- At least 5+ years of professional experience as a software developer
- Value writing tests as part of the development process
- Experience with native mobile development (iOS or Android)
- Experience implementing native SDKs with Flutter
- Worked in a team environment and mentored other developers (or has the passion for mentorship)
- Deep understanding of the Flutter framework and how dependency injection and scoping dependencies work using provider
- Strong understanding of the capabilities of critical third party products, such as Firebase, Auth0, AWS, Google Map, etc
- Experience with CI/CD bonus if you’re familiar with Gitlab CI

- Creating trustworthy and intuitive user experiences by building interfaces that are simple, easy to comprehend, performant, and reliable using modern technologies like Flutter, NodeJS, and Apollo GraphQL
- Producing unit and end-to-end tests so that we are continually improving code quality and maximizing code coverage for new and existing features
- Owning and ideating on technical solutions for product requirements and user stories with minimal supervision
- Communicating engineering concepts and efforts cross functionally with: product, marketing, operations, senior leaders, sales and business development, legal, and compliance
- Owning and driving high-level features from planning through implementation. You are involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, and constantly solving complex technical/business problems
- Working cross functionally to understand product requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver solutions needed to build innovative and disruptive products
- Deliver quality CI/CD for release and deployment of the application
