Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in technology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry a plus
- CSPO, CBAP, or similar certifications preferred
What the job involves
- As a Business Analyst / Product Owner at LotusFlare, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into well-defined requirements while ensuring delivered solutions meet user expectations
- You'll work closely with product management, engineering, and design teams to clarify requirements, prioritize features, and support successful product delivery
- Requirements Analysis & Documentation (40%)
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders
- Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business goals
- Maintain requirement traceability and documentation
- Product Backlog Management (25%)
- Own and refine the product backlog for your assigned area
- Prioritize requirements based on business value and technical constraints
- Break down complex features into manageable user stories
- Support sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions
- Work with stakeholders to manage scope and expectations
- Process Documentation & Improvement (15%)
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create and maintain process flows, wireframes, and user journey maps
- Validate solutions against requirements through testing and data analysis
- Collaborate with QA to ensure test cases align with acceptance criteria
- Participate in user acceptance testing
- Cross-functional Collaboration (20%)
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure designs meet business requirements
- Partner with product managers to align features with product strategy
- Support the development team during implementation
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
