What the job involves
- Payactiv is in search of a dynamic and experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team
- As the Sales Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales development efforts, fostering team growth, and contributing to the overall expansion of our cutting-edge financial wellness company
- Lead, develop, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Development Representatives
- Guide prospecting strategies, lead qualification, and effective communication
- Develop and execute strategies to drive lead generation and conversion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales development efforts with overall business objectives
- Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for the SDR team
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sales development processes for efficiency
- Implement best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of lead generation activities
- Work closely with Sales Directors and Executives to align SDR initiatives with sales goals
- Provide insights into market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback
- Facilitate training programs to equip SDRs with the skills and knowledge needed for success
- Stay updated on industry trends and share relevant insights with the team
