Senior Product Manager, Xantura

• 4+ years proven experience in Product Management, ideally within a data or SaaS environment
• Experience managing a product roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver product improvements
• A strong background in data and analytics - you love digging into data, solving problems, and turning insights into action. You rely on data & insights in your decision making and you understand how to leverage data to drive product decisions
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — you can influence at all levels and translate technical concepts into business value
• A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills — you can see the bigger picture and make smart decisions under pressure. You’re confident challenging others and explaining your product thinking

• As our first Product hire, this role is an exciting one. It’s a unique opportunity to shape the future of our platform and establish a product function from the ground up. You’ll own the delivery of our ambitious product vision and strategy, work closely with the founder and senior leadership team, and play a key role in ensuring our platform continues to solve society’s biggest problems
• This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll be involved at every stage of the product lifecycle — from discovery and definition to delivery and optimisation. You’ll work across a complex stakeholder environment, balancing client needs, technical constraints, and business priorities to deliver solutions that drive meaningful change
• You won’t be managing day-to-day delivery — we have a strong Delivery Management function in place for that. Instead, your focus will be on setting the product direction, understanding our customer inside out, identifying and scoping high-value opportunities, holding the pen on design decisions, prioritising where we should focus our efforts, ensuring the platform evolves in a coherent way, and ensuring the product meets the needs of our users and the business. This is a strategic and high-impact role where you’ll have the autonomy to define how we approach product management as we scale. What you'll do:
• Own the product roadmap – Identify and prioritise the most impactful features and improvements, balancing quick wins with long-term goals. Ensure this regularly and clearly communicated to stakeholders
• Deeply understand user needs and the market – Engage directly with clients and frontline workers to uncover pain points and opportunities for improvement. Collect and analyse both quantative and qualitative data to inform decisions. Understand competitors and articulate our USPs. Feed this insight into our long-term product strategy
• Translate insights into product improvements – Work with engineering and data science teams to shape product features and enhancements
• Define success – Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to measure the impact of product changes and guide future decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally – Act as the key link between engineering, data science, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on product goals
• Drive strategic decisions – Use data and user feedback to make informed decisions about product direction and trade-offs
• Act as a product champion – Build a strong product culture within the company and establish best practices for product management
• Shape the future of product at Xantura – As the first product hire, you’ll own our design authority process and lay the foundation for how product management operates and scales
