Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in brand design (agency or company)
- Proficiency in the latest design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Webflow or a similar website platform is a plus
- Ability to respond to changing priorities in an evolving business environment and to coordinate multiple projects
- High efficiency and ability to deliver high-quality work quickly, ensuring attention to detail without compromising creativity
- Collaborative and approachable, able to build positive working relationships with members from different teams
- Strong creativity, linked to a passion for clean, modern design
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- A valid working permit in Germany
What the job involves
- We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Brand Designer (f/d/m), someone who thrives on complex challenges and is eager to turn bold ideas into striking visuals
- Own and develop the CEEZER brand, making sure to evolve our brand identity as CEEZER scales
- Lead the evolution and design of our website to reflect and fuel our ambitious growth
- Design and provide on-brand visuals and materials to effectively represent CEEZER at trade shows and marketing events, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence
- Provide creative direction for video content, including storyboarding, designing graphic elements, and executing basic video editing
- Create impactful marketing assets such as social media visuals, brochures, presentation decks, and email templates
- Drive multiple projects with cross-functional teams, balancing priorities to achieve outstanding creative results and superior quality
- Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh ideas to keep the CEEZER brand visually impactful

Our take
Becoming carbon neutral is now a top priority for companies across Europe. In order to successfully make Europe net zero, businesses must hit compliance targets and minimize/offset carbon emissions. This is where Berlin-based CEEZER comes in.
CEEZER is a marketplace that in short wants to support its clients to decarbonise their operations. The company offers businesses a way to integrate both carbon removal and avoidance credits in portfolios, making the complex voluntary carbon market considerably more accessible.
The company has already passed several successful funding rounds and acquired many customers including the likes of DAX30. Though the market or this type of company is fairly saturated, the calling for the companies is so large that it shouldn’t be an issue. CEEZER is investing its latest fundraise in expanding its US presence and further developing both its product and team.
