What the job involves

Automate data collection and aggregation processes to build reporting dashboards
Use quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand risk events and loss exposure, providing insights to help rule strategy adjustments
Conduct case investigations to categorize different risk event typologies, summarize the patterns/features of fraud behaviors and profiles
Tracing and handling reported cases (e.g. disputes/chargebacks) within SLA
Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career
