- 2+ years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience with a desire to develop into a world-class Sourcer

What the job involves
- The ideal Technical Sourcer for Zipline understands that a company’s greatest asset is its people and is energized by having a direct hand in shaping the future of the company with the hires you support
- Partner closely with both engineering hiring managers and non-engineering hiring managers to understand their team needs; you will support them by building transparent pipelines filled with qualified, diverse candidates
- Take full responsibility for volume of qualified candidates at the ‘top-of-funnel’ in each of the searches and pipelines which you support
- Work closely with Recruiting Partners, Recruiting Coordinators, and other Sourcers to share knowledge and effectively route candidates through a growing organization
- Strategically plan and own a pipeline of diverse, exceptionally qualified candidates and ensure a first-class experience throughout the process
- Continuously hone your story-telling about Zipline, knowing exactly what kind of information to share with early stage candidates to entice them into interviewing with our team
- Deeply understand candidates’ motivations, desires, and needs; you’ll have the ability to seamlessly weave in reasoning for why Zipline could be the perfect place for them to grow their career and have a huge impact on the world
- Creatively leverage various platforms to source and engage extraordinary talent
- Be the ultimate champion and guardian of Zipline's culture, both internally and externally
- Model best practices when it comes to data cleanliness and candidate communications

Zipline is transforming the way goods move by creating the first logistics system that serves all humans equally via a drone delivery service. As the first emergency drone logistics operation, Zipline is fundamentally changing how we transport emergency medical supplies and has expanded into commercial deliveries. It's partnered with several major companies, including Walmart.
Zipline has an edge over potential future competitors as the company has thousands of hours and over 35 million miles of flight to prove the system is safe and effective. It’s also one of the first companies to receive a full commercial operating certificate, putting Zipline in a strong position to continuously branch out to other markets.
The unicorn company operates globally and has signed its first government contract with Rwanda to provide up to 2 million drone deliveries by 2029. It is also aiming to start commercial deliveries to individual households in the near future. With big companies such as Amazon and Walmart examining “instant” delivery options, Zipline has a proven track record and the equipment and logistics in place to provide such services. 2023 funding pushed Zipline's valuation to a staggering $4.2 billion, indicating a bright future.
