What the job involves
- At Lendbuzz, we're seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Associate to be a pivotal force in our dealer partner network's growth
- Your exceptional interpersonal skills will shine as you engage with a diverse array of auto dealerships
- Working closely with our Account Manager, you'll spearhead initiatives in education, prospecting, and dealer support
- As an integral part of our team, you'll enhance brand visibility and foster prosperity across our inclusive dealership community
- Collaborate with Account Managers to oversee daily operations for dealerships, ensuring smooth business transactions and nurturing strong partner relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service to dealerships and clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Support Lendbuzz’s expanding dealer network, both existing and prospective, to drive growth and success
- Engage actively in refining our sales strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Serve as a pivotal link between dealerships and Account Managers, facilitating clear communication and swift resolutions
- Become proficient in the intricacies of our underwriting and financing programs, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource
Our take
On a mission to help individuals currently underserved by the traditional credit system, Lendbuzz is an automobile finance platform that uses machine learning and AI to help consumers with little to no credit history access financing when buying a car.
Research found that nearly two thirds of consumers want to improve their credit scores, likely because it’s deemed the only way to access loans and credit cards. Whilst banks and traditional lenders assess credit based on FICO scores, Lendbuzz finds new signals and other relevant data to assess a person’s credit worthiness.
$100 million in lending capital from Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group is fuelling more warehouse capacity for Lendbuzz's loan origination growth. It has secured its substantial investment thanks to a prolonged period of high performance, having established a year-on-year loan originations growth of more than 100% per annum.
