Role
Who you are
- You have 2-3 years of experience in digital media sales with a focus on performance based media and technology
- Experience and comfort with direct cold calling
- You have a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, with a track record of delivering results
- Ability to predictably forecast and execute on business goals
- You think strategically, and use a consultative sales approach, with the ability to adapt easily in different environments and with different contacts
- You have a proven track record of fostering relationships with key decision makers
- Ability to bring together multiple buyers in the same company to build groundswell
- Motivated and driven with a relentless work ethic. You thrive in a hunter role, always moving towards your next big win
- You’re a team player and work collaboratively across internal peers, support teams and leadership, with the goal of helping increase revenue
- The ability to meet in person with clients as often as possible
What the job involves
- On the Outside: As an integral member of the SME Sales Team, you will drive the relationships with brands and independent agencies with a consultative approach and customer-centric vision
- You will be responsible for creating and maintaining trusted contacts with new business clients to drive revenue and build long term partnerships
- You are tenacious, using your problem solving and collaborative skills to find ways around objections to create meaningful opportunities
- Your positive attitude and passion to win will keep you motivated to continue to meet with new teams and people to clearly communicate Teads’ value proposition and to adapt based on each meeting and your client’s needs
- On the Inside: Collaboration, Accountability, Transparency and Trust would be your pillars
- You will work very closely with the VP of SME Sales and client support teams who will be your business partners, with the common goal of ensuring high service, results and revenue growth
- You’ll meet with people of different experiences and backgrounds including international teams to share insights and wins
- You’ll make an impact, and your market feedback will continuously help us to put the best offering to our clients

Teads operates a cloud-based end-to-end technology platform that enables programmatic digital advertising across a global ecosystem of quality digital media. The modular platform allows partners to leverage buy-side, sell-side, creative, data and AI optimization technologies.
The company partners with marketers and agencies, and has a mass reach for advertisers across some of the most well-known publishers in the world, such as Vice, CNN and BBC. After newly hiring talent into some senior roles, the company has enabled itself to switch focus towards providing more resources and service across some of the fastest-growing verticals such as automotive, retail, technology, telecoms, FMCG, travel, and luxury.
In 2025, it was announced that Teads had been acquired by Outbrain for $1 billion. This represents a significant step up for the two companies, which, combined, make the largest open internet business in the world. With an expanded reach of 2.2 billion customers, Teads and Outbrain will merge two of the richest contextual and interest data sets on the open internet.
