Desirable

• As our Founder’s Associate, you’ll play a central role in enabling JOIN’s next phase of growth
• You’ll work directly with the CEO and the Chief of Staff on strategic and operational priorities. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to company-building at the highest level, help shape how JOIN scales, and directly influence how decisions translate into execution
• This is a fixed-term contract of up to 12 months, designed to offer steep learning, direct access to leadership, and meaningful ownership within a short, intensive timeframe
• Support the development of JOIN’s strategy together with the CEO and leadership team
• Help run OKR cycles and maintain visibility on company wide KPIs
• Drive cross functional initiatives with revenue or productivity impact, such as marketplace optimisation, pricing topics or automation opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Sales, Finance and Operations to move priority topics forward
• Prepare executive communication materials, including board decks, leadership updates and all hands presentations
• Organise management meetings and offsites with strong preparation, clear agendas and decision proposals
• Document and iterate on company wide ways of working
• Bring structure to ambiguous topics and help ensure follow through
• You’ll work directly with the CEO and collaborate cross functionally with leaders and teams across the organisation to support JOIN’s most important priorities
• You’ll be part of a collaborative, feedback driven culture that values clear communication, shared ownership and continuous learning
