What the job involves
- We are looking for a Legal Counsel Intern to join our Legal Department and support the team across a wide range of legal and compliance matters related to our mobility activities
- This internship is a great opportunity to develop your legal skills in an international and dynamic environment
- Conduct legal research on topics such as consumer law, business law, contract law, GDPR, and digital law
- Draft legal memos, summaries, and internal training or support materials
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts (NDAs, service contracts, amendments, DPAs, etc.)
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Free2move’s operations
- Support compliance initiatives (e.g., GDPR, consumer protection)
- Provide administrative and organizational support in litigation and debt recovery (preparing case files, organizing documentation)
- Help manage internal legal tools (contract database, document archiving, deadline tracking)
