Who you are
- Experience: 4+ years in an administrative or executive support role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly

What the job involves
- As an Executive Assistant in the Revenue organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Sales and Head of Customer Success at Apollo. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, efficient meeting planning, and proactive organization for both executives
- Additionally, you’ll partner closely with the EA to the CRO on revenue-wide initiatives—including but not limited to the annual Revenue Kick Off (RKO)—helping drive alignment and execution across the broader go-to-market (GTM) organization. This role is Remote in the U.S
- Manage the active calendars of the Head of Sales and Head of Customer Success, ensuring alignment across internal and external priorities
- Anticipate scheduling needs, prepare agendas, and ensure executives are equipped with the right context and materials
- Plan, organize, and execute leadership team meetings, all-hands, and cross-functional sessions
- Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Support executive prep for internal and external meetings, including customer and partner engagements
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for Sales and Customer Success leaders
- Manage event logistics, including dinners, offsites, and team gatherings
- Assist with operational processes that keep the GTM teams running smoothly
- Partner with the EA to the CRO on revenue-wide initiatives (e.g., RKO, quarterly planning, GTM alignment sessions)
- Work cross-functionally with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and follow-through
- Support key GTM projects and initiatives as needed, including project management, event coordination, and operational support

Apollo's sales intelligence and engagement platform integrates with companies’ existing internal tools, such as LinkedIn, Salesforce and Hubspot, to increase and optimize sales and marketing leads. Rather than simply employing a volume-heavy approach to leads, Apollo’s software allows users to focus on more convertible prospects, while automating task management and workflow.
The company launched in 2015 and grew steadily in its early years, but the period since 2021 has seen it enter a rapid scale up. Now its customer base includes the likes of Autodesk, Stripe, Docusign and Yelp.
Apollo now intends to keep the upward momentum going, having secured major funding in mid-2023 and is also investing heavily in India as its R&D center, where there’s a burgeoning pool of tech talent. In early 2023, Apollo reported record revenue numbers and appointed a new CPO, indicating a solidification of these aims.
