Who you are
- You're comfortable working with spreadsheets, analysing data, and spotting patterns or issues
- You have solid Excel or Google Sheets skills and aren't intimidated by formulas or pivot tables
- You communicate clearly and can work with different teams without needing hand-holding
- You're organised enough to juggle multiple requests and know how to prioritise
- You take initiative and don't wait around when something needs figuring out
- You can provide a valid internship agreement from your university
- You have the right to work full-time (40h/week) in Spain

What the job involves
- As a Revenue Operations Intern at Amenitiz, you'll support our Operations team across Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding and broader revenue functions
- You'll work on performance reporting, process documentation, compensation tracking, and day-to-day operational support for our revenue teams
- This is a hands-on, full-time, on-site internship in Barcelona for someone who likes working with data, solving operational problems, and helping teams run more smoothly
- Sales Performance Reporting: Build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking key metrics like pipeline, conversion rates, and team performance using HubSpot, Sheets, and SQL
- Customer Success Support: Help the CS team with data requests, account tracking, and operational workflows to improve customer retention and satisfaction
- Process Documentation & Improvement: Map current processes, identify bottlenecks, and help implement practical improvements across revenue teams
- Daily Operational Support: Handle requests from Sales, CS, and other revenue teams through our internal ticketing system—troubleshooting issues, pulling data, and unblocking teams
- Compensation Management Support: Assist with tracking commissions, quotas, and payouts - ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of compensation data

- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot), SQL queries, and operational dashboards

Our take
Amenitiz provides hoteliers, B&B owners, and rental property managers with a single platform for back of house operations. The company was co-founded in part by a pair of serial entrepreneurs and former hotel managers who were well aware of the industry pain points.
Streamlining all back of house operations into one platform is a shrewd move, as hotel managers often have to micro-manage multiple booking channels. Amenitiz’s offering also integrates with a hotel or B&B’s Property Management System (PMS), which is certainly a well-considered feature.
There’s little doubt that Amenitiz’s package solves plenty of problems and, with strong funding at its back, growth should be on the horizon. The company is using its 2022 funding to expand into more European markets, launch more products, and grow its team.
