What the job involves
- As a CRM & Sales Operations Intern at Amenitiz, you’ll join our Operations team with a focus on supporting Sales Ops initiatives
- You’ll help structure and clean our CRM, assist with sales process improvements, and contribute to automation and reporting projects
- This is a hands-on, full-time, on-site internship in Barcelona, perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and improving how teams operate
- CRM Maintenance & Optimization: Clean, structure, and manage data in HubSpot to support Sales efficiency
- Operational Support: Handle day-to-day requests through our internal ticketing system and ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Workflow & Process Improvement: Map, document, and help streamline sales workflows to increase speed and clarity across teams
- Reporting & Data Projects: Assist in building dashboards and reports using Sheets, SQL, and HubSpot to support decision-making
- Automation & Tool Consolidation: Support migration of manual processes into automated workflows within our core systems
- You're eager to learn and grow, with a strong interest in sales/marketing operations and data-driven strategies
- What you will learn:
- Advanced use of HubSpot CRM and automation workflows
- Practical skills in SQL, Python, and scalable reporting in Google Sheets
- Exposure to Sales Operations, pipeline management, and RevOps best practices
- How fast-growing SaaS companies scale efficiently through data and systems

Our take
Amenitiz provides hoteliers, B&B owners, and rental property managers with a single platform for back of house operations. The company was co-founded in part by a pair of serial entrepreneurs and former hotel managers who were well aware of the industry pain points.
Streamlining all back of house operations into one platform is a shrewd move, as hotel managers often have to micro-manage multiple booking channels. Amenitiz’s offering also integrates with a hotel or B&B’s Property Management System (PMS), which is certainly a well-considered feature.
There’s little doubt that Amenitiz’s package solves plenty of problems and, with strong funding at its back, growth should be on the horizon. The company is using its 2022 funding to expand into more European markets, launch more products, and grow its team.
