  • 8+ years of experience in creative and content roles within a SaaS B2B environment, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of leading successful creative campaigns and developing compelling content strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Strong experience in sports marketing or a deep understanding of the sports industry is highly desirable
  • Expertise in multichannel content creation (written, video, visual design) with a keen eye for brand storytelling and customer engagement
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience managing and developing creative teams
  • Excellent ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns across digital channels, including web, social, email, and paid media
  • Ability to analyze content performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content

  • The Director of Creative & Content will be responsible for leading the creative vision and content strategy for Catapult, a fast-growing SaaS B2B company in the sports industry
  • This role requires a highly creative, strategic leader who can elevate the company’s brand and messaging across all touchpoints
  • The Director will manage a team of creative and content marketers, driving the development of high-quality, compelling content that aligns with the company’s goals and speaks to our target audience
  • You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, digital, sales, and customer success, to ensure our creative and content efforts effectively drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
  • This Director of Creative & Content role is ideal for a visionary leader with a passion for brand storytelling, creative innovation, and delivering content that resonates with a SaaS B2B audience in the sports industry
  • Own the creative vision for Catapult, ensuring that all visual and written content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience in the sports tech space
  • Lead the development of the brand identity across all channels (digital, print, video, social media, etc.), ensuring consistency and creativity in storytelling
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to create cohesive, visually compelling campaigns that drive brand awareness and product adoption
  • Guide the development of campaign concepts, content strategy, and creative assets that drive engagement across our SaaS product lines
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that spans blog posts, white papers, case studies, infographics, videos, webinars, and more to support demand generation and thought leadership
  • Ensure content is tailored to different stages of the customer journey, from awareness to consideration to decision
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality sports industry-focused content that resonates with our audience, driving customer engagement, acquisition, and retention
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external partners to generate original and engaging content that addresses industry trends, customer pain points, and product value
  • Lead and inspire a team of creative designers, content marketers, writers, and multimedia specialists, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and growth
  • Provide guidance on content development, visual design, and multimedia production to ensure excellence and creativity
  • Implement a talent development plan that helps team members enhance their skills in creative execution, content creation, and digital storytelling
  • Manage workflow, assign projects, and ensure timely delivery of content and creative assets
  • Partner with the growth marketing and digital teams to optimize creative performance in paid media, organic social, SEO, and other digital channels
  • Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for creative and content efforts, such as engagement rates, click-through rates (CTR), lead generation, and conversion
  • Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of content and creative assets, making data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns
  • Continuously A/B test and optimize creative formats, messaging, and content layouts to maximize performance
  • Work closely with the sales team to create sales enablement content, such as presentations, case studies, and one-pagers that help sales teams communicate the value of our products to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to develop content that helps users maximize product value and adoption, including tutorials, best practices guides, and customer success stories
  • Partner with product management to translate technical features into engaging product messaging that speaks to customers’ pain points and needs
  • Create content that positions Catapult as the thought leader in the sports tech industry, building the company's reputation and authority
  • Lead the production of executive-level content, such as speeches, presentations, and interviews for leadership, showcasing the company’s expertise in key industry events and media opportunities
  • Support PR and communications efforts by contributing to press releases, media kits, and other content aimed at boosting the Catapult’s visibility
  • Manage the creative and content budget, ensuring cost-effective use of internal and external resources to deliver high-quality campaigns
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners to supplement internal efforts when necessary
