What the job involves

We are looking for an intern / apprentice who will work closely with the Growth Manager to grow Ironhack’s visibility and business in the German market
You’ll generate qualified leads that will become students by creating and executing a growth strategy on several acquisition channels, with a focus on Social Media and Events
Regularly create compelling & engaging content tailored to each Social Media
Platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, MeetUp & Eventbrite) , for both our
German and global audiences
Support the planning and execution of events, both virtual and in-person
Understand social platforms and trends in real time to trigger new campaign
Ideas and proposals
Write and send ad hoc and monthly newsletters to our community and leads, with
Curated content, to improve engagement and retention
Stay up to date with social media, industry, and cultural trends

At the same time, digital transformation has rapidly accelerated by necessity amidst COVID-19, and with it, the competition for top tech talent has never been greater. Ironhack is one tech school surfing this wave.

Ironhack is a coding bootcamp headquartered in Miami with campuses throughout Europe and Latin America. It offers classes in subjects ranging from web development to UX/UI design and from data analytics to cybersecurity. The company believes that the best way to learn how to code is by coding, so Ironhack focuses on providing the most practical and hands-on experience.
