Senior Product Analyst, ZipRecruiter

• The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to enhance our SEO strategy, improve website visibility, and drive organic traffic
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, computer science, statistics, or economics (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of product analytics experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in SEO analytics
• Experience designing experiments, testing, and utilizing statistical principles to inform business decisions
• Proficient in statistical computing and scripting languages such as Python, R, SQL

• We are seeking a Senior Decision Scientist with extensive hands-on experience with SEO to join our team
• You will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and design to drive the development, prioritization, and planning of the product roadmap
• Descriptive Analysis: Utilize descriptive analysis to uncover insights related to user behavior. Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics
• Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and SEO content creation
• Experimentation: Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the impact of SEO initiatives on user engagement and conversion
• Data Visualization: Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively
