Who you are
- A minimum 10 years demonstrable experience owning outcomes for a product, feature or journey

What the job involves
- The person in this Senior Product Lead role will be responsible for two exciting Open-Banking powered customer propositions that allow customers to manage all their finances in LBG apps – we call them Connected Accounts and Money Movement
- The person leading these will be able to directly contribute to propositions that will contribute to Everyday Banking and Investment product goals. We have a keen ambition for further growth and innovation built on strong commercial understanding of the impact of these products on key financial levers
- You’ll shape and implement experience strategy for the product area
- Own product strategy and outcomes:
- Define product vision, strategy and objectives and key results. Own commercial, customer and operational performance. Make complex prioritisation and investment decisions
- Lead product teams at scale:
- Lead and develop Product Leads and teams. Set direction while empowering teams to deliver. Resolve cross team dependencies and trade offs
- Set product excellence standards:
- Establish strong, consistent product practices. Embed experimentation, learning and continuous improvement. Champion customer centric, evidence led decision making
- Ensure governance and resilience:
- Own end to end controls for your product area. Ensure regulatory, risk and resilience requirements are met. Represent your product in governance and decision forums
