Role
Who you are
- Experience in successfully selling high 7-8figure deals to C-Suite executives
- 10+ years of Sales experience at a software company (preferably SaaS), agency or management consultancy (e.g. Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG)
- Significant experience working with Fortune 500 companies navigating organizations with multiple stakeholders in multiple departments
- Strong technical aptitude, communication skills, a curious mindset, and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and become a trusted advisor
- Experience in Sales or Marketing operations is preferred
- Experience with Sales and Marketing tech stack is preferred
- Comfortable working in a high-velocity and sometimes ambiguous environment (yes, we're a startup!)

- Navigate the Customer Journey by effectively utilizing CoMessage and CoBuyer strategies
- Sell Cross-Functionally and navigate multiple stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations
- Implement Value-Based Selling and adhere to the sales process, demonstrating high activity and persistence
- Build predictability in sales methodology and opportunity qualification
- Engage in Team Selling to maximize collaboration and effectiveness
- Follow a Value-Based Selling approach and maintain a high level of activity and persistence
- Act with urgency and exhibit business-like behavior in managing schedules and commitments

People.ai has built a platform that helps sales teams make the most of the data they generate daily, offering valuable guidance to help source and close more deals. By using AI, it analyzes business activities like emails, meetings, and contacts, providing actionable insights to sales, marketing, and operations teams.
In a strategic move, People.ai acquired Hero Research, a Salesforce productivity app. This will allow the company to launch a new integration with Salesforce, giving sales teams the flexibility to manage their pipeline, territories, and activities in a more optimal way.
Alongside this, companies like Zoom, Slac, Verizon Connect, and Okta already rely on People.ai to boost marketing ROI and drive revenue growth. Moving forward, the company plans to continue building partnerships with new channels, such as system integrators, targeting larger enterprises to scale its impact.
