Who you are
- Experience in the multichannel CRM environment (mobile/email/web)
- A growth mindset to create campaigns that can move the needle and increase our market share

- Knowledge of marketing automation software (e.g. Braze, Hubspot) and experience with data visualization tools such as Looker
- Experience with HTML, CSS and javascript-type languages like AMPscript

What the job involves
- Own the end-to-end strategy, implementation, and continuous optimization of multi-channel lifecycle journeys (Email, Push, In-App) within Braze
- Act as the single point of contact to internal stakeholders, translating high-level business goals into actionable CRM workflows that drive conversion and retention
- Own the reporting suite for CRM performance. You will move beyond open rates to analyze LTV, ROI, and incremental lift, providing actionable insights to the leadership team
- Spearhead the expansion of our communication ecosystem by integrating and scaling new channels (e.g., Push, SMS)
- Innovate in the AI and Automation space to create applications and solutions for the team and the market

Becoming a doctor is challenging, and this already demanding journey is further complicated by the intricate web of the medical education system. The current system often imposes restrictions on collaboration, fails to provide integrated resources, and lacks supportive examination boards.
AMBOSS was founded by doctors initially to help medical students overcome this, but has now extended to become a knowledge platform for all types of medical professionals. Today the company‘s products are used by more than two million healthcare professionals and students in over 170 countries.
The regularly upgraded knowledge base that the company has developed is an incredible growing asset.
