Sales Enablement Associate, Checkr

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• The Sales Enablement Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. This position requires a combination of analytical, communication, and project management skills to support data-driven decisions and initiatives
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales performance metrics, trends, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for sales leadership. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales productivity and account progress
• Content Management: Develop and manage sales enablement content, including presentations, training materials, and sales tools. Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible
• Sales Tool Optimization: Support the implementation and optimization of sales tools and technologies. Collaborate with IT and Sales Operations to ensure seamless integration and alignment with sales processes
• Training & Onboarding: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and materials to onboard new sales team members and upskill existing ones. Conduct periodic training sessions and workshops as needed
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations, to align on strategy and ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest information and tools
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and increase efficiency. Provide recommendations and assist with the implementation of improvements
• Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from sales teams to identify areas of improvement. Conduct surveys and interviews to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
