Who you are
- Fluent in both German and English
- Multiple years of end-to-end product management experience, ideally in a B2B/B2B2C SaaS environment
- An excellent sense for great UX, and confidence creating wireframes or conceptual mockups to support ideation
- A strategic thinker with great execution skills who can translate strategy into action
- Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with both technical and business teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with empathy and openness
- Solid understanding of agile principles and product best practices
- Great project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient using AI tools to accelerate product discovery, delivery, or operations
What the job involves
- We’re on the lookout for a passionate Senior Product Manager to help turn our product strategy into meaningful reality
- In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the development of customer-centric products that create real impact
- You’ll collaborate closely with our CEO and cross-functional teams, from Product and UX to Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Service, to shape the product roadmap and lead initiatives from idea to iteration
- Translate strategy into action: Turn product vision into a clear, prioritized roadmap aligned with business goals
- Lead the entire product lifecycle: Own the full journey from discovery through delivery to continuous improvement
- Drive rituals and process: Organize and lead product ceremonies, reporting rhythms, and milestone planning to ensure transparency and alignment
- Be the voice of the user: Gather insights through research and feedback to shape product decisions
- Prototype and validate: Craft wireframes or mockups to test ideas early, spark collaboration, and guide development
- Collaborate deeply: Partner with Product Owners, Designers, Engineers, and more stakeholders across the company to build the right things, the right way
- Make data-informed decisions: Use both qualitative and quantitative data to guide prioritization and iterate on features
- Communicate with clarity: Keep stakeholders informed, manage expectations, and align everyone toward shared outcomes
- Champion the customer: Always advocate for a product experience that adds value and feels effortless for users
