Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of Compensation experience or similar experience – knowledge in SaaS sales compensation - advantage
- Knowledge of building Sales compensation packages and bonus programs
- Excellent analytical skills and a very high level of Excel
- Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations - advantage
- Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Trustworthy and able to maintain a high level of discretion in working with sensitive and highly confidential information
What the job involves
- The Senior Compensation Partner is responsible for the ongoing evaluation of their unit’s compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and performance-based compensation
- This role will work with the unit’s senior management to ensure that the compensation programs support the unit’s business objectives and address talent retention, internal equality, and market competitiveness
- You will partner with go-to-market leaders (mostly Sales) to open new units for new country locations for New York, Denver, Brazil, and the US remotely
- Serve as an internal consultant and strategic business advisor to the internal leadership team and other stakeholders, including finance, business leaders, legal, HRBPs, recruiters etc
- Assist in planning and executing of the company’s compensation processes, ensuring high accuracy and data integrity
- Participate in salary & benefit surveys and market trend studies, analyze, and generate insights to assist in decision making
- Conduct and perform analysis of compensation processes and initiatives, such as annual compensation cycle, benchmarking, and salary ranges
