Recruitment Co-ordinator, Immerse Education

• You'll have established experience recruiting in a fast paced scale up environment
• You'll have solid experience supporting recruitment cycles throughout the year including international recruitment

Desirable

• Using your organisation skills to schedule interviews and track application processes which will include all pre-boarding compliance
• Conducting regular screening interviews for all locations on a weekly basis
• Using your fantastic record keeping and analytical skills to manage our application tracking systems with candidate progress and sharing regular reports against our monthly plan
• Supporting our geographical expansion as we evolve our programmes into new locations
• Being accountable for each programme being fully resourced with best in class academic and pastoral staff.
