Who you are
- Bring 5-7 years quota carrying experience with 3-4+ years in a complex SaaS sales cycles at larger companies involving multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrate a strong ability to prospect and hunt new logos autonomously
- Show a proven track record of closing complex sales cycles with a disruptive B2B SaaS product
- Collaborate effectively across teams like Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing to drive business impact

What the job involves
- Permanent
- We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help us develop and implement strategies to grow Webflow’s presence upmarket and build meaningful relationships with both potential and existing customers
- Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Sales
- Meet with potential Enterprise customers, deeply understand their problems, and assess whether or not Webflow is a good fit
- Build a sales pipeline and drive the full sales cycle from identifying new prospects to close
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts
- Negotiate annual or multi-year software contracts
- Position and communicate Webflow’s vision, solution, and value propositions
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, education and engineering to execute sales strategy
- Collaborate with Customer Success to build high-quality onboarding and customer experiences
- Travel up to 25-50% - onboarding, customer meetings, industry events, and internal offsites
- In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role
Our take
No-code development systems allow users to create and publish the kind of output that was once only possible with the help of a team of developers. Webflow is one such platform that allows non-developers to create professional websites without knowing any code. It joins others such as Pantheon, Weebly, Squarespace, and Wix in a hotly-contested low-code development market. While competition is high, so too is demand, with low-code platforms accounting for more than 65% of application development activity in 2024.
The popularity of platforms such as Webflow is perhaps not surprising, as low-code development is usually cheaper for companies to implement and reduces time to market. Webflow has been used by over 3.5 million designers and teams to create sites for companies including enterprise brands such as Dell, Rakuten, UpWork, and Petal. It raised a large amount of funding in a Series C round in 2022. This is being used to further develop its platform, with a longer-term goal of pivoting to providing a no-code tool not only for websites, but software development as well.
