Role
Who you are
- You bring deep domain knowledge and an extensive network in the mortgage and financial services ecosystem, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the drive to exceed ambitious goals
- You’re an advisor first, a closer second
- You are curious, strategic, and passionate about the power of data to reshape decision-making
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in mortgage, fintech, banking, insurance, or financial data solutions
- Proven success managing complex or enterprise-level sales cycles, with experience selling SaaS, analytics, or data-driven technology products
- Deep understanding of how location, risk, and market data inform decision-making in mortgage or financial services contexts
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and data strategy leaders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a consultative and analytical selling style
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and comfort using Google Workspace, Slack, and prospecting tools such as Clay, Qualified, or Apollo
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and adaptable — thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of both strategy and execution
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and collaboration with internal teams
What the job involves
- As Local Logic’s Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Mortgage and Financial Services, you’ll be responsible for expanding our footprint within the Mortgage, Fintech, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors across the US and Canada
- You’ll drive revenue growth by developing strategic relationships, identifying high-value opportunities, and guiding complex deals through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close
- This is a senior, hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with consultative enterprise selling
- You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, demand generation, and product teams to execute go-to-market strategies, engage enterprise clients, and deliver data-driven solutions that help our partners better understand risk, location, and consumer behavior
- As part of our revenue-driving Sales team, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing Local Logic’s mission: transforming how industries generate leads, retain customers, and will enable smarter lending, underwriting, and investment decisions through our powerful data and analytics platform
- Drive new business growth by sourcing, developing, and closing opportunities with mortgage lenders, banks, fintechs, insurers, and related financial institutions across the US and Canada
- Manage complex sales cycles from outreach to negotiation and contract execution, engaging multiple stakeholders and decision-makers along the way
- Leverage your industry expertise and rolodex to position Local Logic’s data products as strategic assets for underwriting, risk modeling, market analysis, and customer engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and demand generation to identify target accounts, execute campaigns, and convert inbound and outbound opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives, understanding their business challenges and aligning Local Logic’s solutions to their strategic priorities
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Data Science teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure long-term customer success
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity records in Salesforce
- Represent Local Logic at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to build visibility, generate leads, and strengthen our brand presence in the financial ecosystem

With the goal to digitize the built world, Local Logic supplies a location intelligence platform for investors, developers, and governments. The platform creates digital twins of cities that it uses to generate predictive analysis all the way down to the individual address level.
Through the platform, players in the real estate and property markets can derive actionable insights surrounding, for example, how a neighbourhood and its needs might evolve. Boasting over 15 million monthly users, clients have clearly found strong value in Local Logic's offering, which they can use to fuel their investment and construction decisions.
With good funding at its back, the company continues to enhance the predictive capabilities of its platform, as well as secure and expand its partnerships. Interestingly, Local Logic has stated hopes to build out its product suite with offerings that will help "democratize location insights".
