Who you are

5+ years of UX design experience
Experience in planning and conducting UX research and translating findings into actionable insights and user-centred designs.
Develop user profiles and map out needs and behaviours
Proficiency in tools like Figma

Desirable

Passion for on-chain tech and DeFi tools
Experience with financial compliance or regulatory processes
Experience with streamlining data-heavy UX

Onboarding processes for financial institutions can be labour-intensive and time-consuming. Cense’s founders’ extensive experience within blockchain companies has helped the fintech to plug a gap in the industry. Its platform provides a detailed overview of virtual asset holders and their risk profiles, ensuring that all are screened within AML and CFT regulations. In the past, this has been a time-consuming yet necessary process, but it is made simple, confidential, and transparent via the Cense reporting software.
