- You have at least 5 years of experience in product management, including 2 or more years working on tools that support complex workflows
- You are skilled at translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
- You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts when needed
- You have a strong track record of working cross-functionally to align product strategy with company goals
- You are confident in managing product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery
- You are curious about how data and AI can be applied to real-world problems faced by providers and patients
- You approach challenges with a structured, problem-solving mindset and are comfortable navigating ambiguity
- You have experience working in healthcare or digital health, or are eager to learn the nuances of the space
- You are comfortable working in an agile environment and focus on delivering value through iterative development

What the job involves
- Healthie is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Charting and Client Engagement products
- These tools are core to our platform and critical to delivering high-quality care at scale. More than 10 million appointments have been completed using Healthie, and our purpose-built workflows are designed to support the complexity of modern healthcare delivery
- In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for our charting and engagement features
- As the Senior Product Manager - Charting and Engagement, you will focus on expanding and improving the tools that help clinicians deliver exceptional care using Healthie
- You will work closely with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and customers to translate real-world needs into scalable, technical solutions
- You will be responsible for both launching new product capabilities and guiding the ongoing iteration of existing tools
