Senior Technical Program Manager, Twitch

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or a related technical leadership role
• Deployed user-facing technologies at a high-quality bar, with demonstrated track record of meeting user needs and resolving business tradeoffs
• Knowledge of engineering architecture and ability to identify dependencies and technical risks
• Experience managing stakeholders, and cross-organizational dependencies
• Ability to facilitate and align roadmaps, and manage disparate tasks with varying priorities
• Experience defining cross-organizational/company-wide strategy including driving alignment across engineering leadership
• Experience mentoring and developing fellow team members

• Engage deeply with technical architecture and drive trade-off decisions, identifying dependencies, evaluating engineering approaches, and influencing priorities to ensure platforms evolve to meet the needs of both internal teams and external customers
• Drive alignment across organizations operating at different speeds and priorities, navigating ambiguity, building operating models and stakeholder structures that bring clarity, and ensuring teams across engineering, product, and business functions execute together toward shared goals
