Cross-functional experience across accounting, systems and integrations with a flair for project management

What the job involves

Lead and simplify client projects with a lot of moving parts across onboarding; data migration and implementation; CRM, HRIS and bank integrations and more.
Develop an in-depth understanding of each customer need and build processes that are scalable for future success of all costumers
Manage stakeholders joyfully and helping customers succeed by give them get a truly exceptional experience of Light
