Who you are
- Proven experience in digital solution sales, preferably in banking or fintech
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate complex sales cycles
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and sharing
- Fluent in French - English; additional regional languages are a plus
- Familiarity with SBS’s digital portfolio is an advantage
What the job involves
- We are seeking our new Sales Executive Digital Squad French Market to join the Axway team!
- As a Sales Executive in the Digital Squad, you will be part of a high-performing squad focused on accelerating the adoption and sales of SBS’s modern digital offerings
- These include the Digital Banking Suite, Digital Account Opening, Digital Lending, Open Banking, and upcoming bank-specific AI solutions
- While anchored in your local sales organization, you will operate in close coordination with the global Digital Growth Squad — leveraging shared playbooks, competitive insights, and strategic coaching to consistently win against niche digital competitors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted campaigns and prospect engagement
- Monitor market trends, client challenges, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Contribute to pipeline growth and ensure healthy coverage across prioritized accounts
- Actively participate in squad rituals, knowledge sharing, and best practice exchanges
- Leverage global playbooks, competitive tactics, and enablement resources to improve win rates
- Share feedback from the field to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Growth of digital and AI solution bookings and pipeline
- Improvement in win rates against niche digital competitors
- Customer satisfaction in strategic opportunities supported by the squad
- Engagement and satisfaction of country sales leaders and squad members
- Effective execution of go-to-market plans across EMEA
