• Mastercard Checkout Services Product Experience Design team is looking for an experience Product Experience Design, Manger to drive our customer experience design strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving
• You will be responsible for creating and supporting user-centered solutions that enhance our product’s user experience to scale
• You’ll collaborate with other UX leads, UX designers, Content designers, UX Researchers, Product Management and Developers to create innovative experiences across Mastercard Checkout Services domains while leveraging your passion for design quality
• Customer Experience Champion: Collaborate with product stakeholders to ensure a consistent, unified, and high-quality customer experience and user experience across all touch points
• Lead large design initiatives from end-to-end, hosting initiative-level sessions, driving adoption of consistent design language and providing day-to-day design leadership
• Experience Research Champion: Participate in all phases of the research and design process from framing the right problem to solve and defining the design target all the way through to defining the vision, and future state experience to the validation of concepts, prototype or already built products
• Fostering Collaboration & Innovation: Contribute to the teamwork by participating into design workshops and reviews, involving partners, and creating collaborative opportunities to cultivate innovation
• Project Management Expertise: Manage complex design projects, overseeing scope, timelines and roadmaps to deliver high-quality results that meet established goals
