Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a proactive and curious problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and a passion for marketing technology
- You are a detail-oriented and analytical individual who enjoys digging into data and optimizing processes
- 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, marketing operations, marketing coordinator, or a similar role. Start-up experience is a plus
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable, CustomerIO, Braze). Iterable experience is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create reports. Experience with Looker is a plus
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with a knack for process improvement
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
What the job involves
- You’ll play a pivotal role in building and delivering seamless, high impact lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive business growth
- Your work will directly contribute to achieving key performance indicators such as increased New Active Clients, improved conversion, enhanced retention, and better reactivation across all audience segments
- Our team is seeking someone who’s passionate about optimizing marketing operations, troubleshooting issues, driving quality assurance, and refining workflows to improve campaign performance that directly contribute to SonderMind’s success
- Build, test, and launch lifecycle communications, including email, SMS, in-app, and push messaging, utilizing Iterable
- Perform quality assurance of campaigns with a strong attention to detail
- Manage audiences and segmentation lists, ensuring list health and accuracy
- Maintain and manage A/B testing roadmap and recommend testing opportunities based on data-driven insights
- Deliver reporting of marketing campaign results to internal stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and participate in root cause analyses, defining and implementing improvement recommendations
- Scope, manage, and deliver campaigns from intake to execution
- Maintain and optimize marketing campaign processes to improve efficiency
- Align with internal stakeholders, such as product and engineering, on process, workflows, execution, and enablement
- In the First 30 Days:
- Gain proficiency in SonderMind’s marketing tools and processes, particularly Iterable
- Successfully build and launch lifecycle communications with attention to detail and QA
- By 60 Days:
- Fully manage the campaign process from intake to execution
- Take ownership of A/B testing, using data to suggest optimizations
- Deliver performance reports with actionable insights and implement process improvements
- By 90 Days:
- Drive strategic optimizations, refine workflows, and contribute to cross-functional collaboration

Demand for mental health services in the U.S. is soaring, yet therapeutic services are generally expensive, uniform, and hard to access for the majority of people. This is mainly due to the fact that most mental health practitioners don't accept insurance or work within a healthcare infrastructure.
SonderMind tackles the shortage of accessible mental health services by providing a digital network that matches the specific needs of patients with mental health specialists. What's more, the patient’s insurance coverage network is considered when determining a match, allowing users to find personalized therapeutic services that fit within their budget.
In addition to its therapy recommendation service, Sondermind also provides tools for therapy booking, organization, and billing. Ultimately, the startup has taken an interesting stance within the therapy landscape by focusing on providing personalized and easy-to-use booking services that are flexible within different budgets and insurance plans.
