Emporix is a cloud-based digital commerce platform that helps eCommerce companies and other businesses run through boutique digital channels that reflect the specific needs of each business and client. Serving both B2B and B2C, Emporix provides customer service businesses with client-facing software, whilst also working at the backend to make sure the business itself runs smoothly.
With its software having been MACH-certified (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless) in 2022, Emporix has established itself as a reliable partner for many businesses. In 2022, Emporix partnered with Celonis to create the Emporix Commerce Execution Platform (CXP), an analysis platform that helps to optimise and automate customer interactions.
Emporix has the potential to expand further out of mainland Europe, and its CXP platform and its partnership with Celonis signifies a potential period of growth for the company.
