Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS or enterprise software sectors
- Proven experience in driving successful product launches, messaging, and positioning
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across product, sales, marketing, and customer success functions
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in clear, concise, and compelling ways
- Familiarity with AI, ML, or MLOps technologies is highly preferred
Desirable
- Experience in the ML/MLOps or AI space
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, with attention to detail in creating marketing materials
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead efforts that will shape the overall company messaging, positioning and branding through competitive analysis
- Reporting to the Head of GTM, this role will focus on executing product marketing strategies, enabling customer success, ensuring the seamless launch and positioning of our innovative offerings
- Ensuring product or feature positioning maps to company-wide positioning will be key in this role in addition to staking out a differentiated position with industry analysts
- This role will own research, customer feedback, value props and how we show up to the market
- Lead the execution of all Product Marketing Management activities, including product launches, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
- Develop and maintain deep understanding of Union.ai’s products, target markets, and customer needs to inform product marketing strategies
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create and maintain effective go-to-market strategies and support the sales pipeline with relevant materials
- Create compelling product collateral such as sales decks, case studies, data sheets, and white papers to support marketing and sales efforts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on campaigns and lead-generation activities
- Conduct market research to inform product positioning and ensure messaging resonates with our target audience
- Oversee potential contractors who are working on parallel projects and work-streams, ensuring work is delivered on time and at the highest quality
- Analyze product performance and feedback to inform future product improvements and GTM adjustments
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and post-launch follow-through, including gathering and integrating customer feedback
- Manage timelines and deliverables for product marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with broader company goals
