Role
Who you are
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a product manager, with a strong track record of launching successful cross-functional products in the tech industry, preferably in data analytics or SaaS
- Deep understanding of ML/GenAI, and agentic workflows that result in tailored and sophisticated “virtual employees” or “coaches”
- Strong understanding of and proven experience in managing the end to end product life cycle, and in agile/lean product management principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization
- Customer-focused, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build trust and influence colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are resilient and have a growth mindset
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another related field
- Preferred: MBA, business degree or commercial management experience

What the job involves
- We are excited to be looking for a strong, driven and empathetic Product Manager to join our team
- In this role, you will own our GenerativeAI product portfolio (both Applications and Platform)
- You will be responsible for owning the product strategy, planning and execution throughout the product life cycle
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and usage data to identify commercial opportunities for market entry, product enhancements and new features
- Validation of business value of specific new modules as well as recommendations on pricing and packaging
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategy for the owned product areas, define the product roadmap and maintain the product backlog
- Detailed scoping and requirement documentation (e.g. in PRD) of new capabilities
- Orchestrate the build, test and release of new capabilities: own features from conception to launch, working with our Design, Development, QA and GTM teams to deliver delightful products
- Enablement of our GTM and CX organizations on the benefits of the new offerings and capabilities
- Assess the performance of new capabilities against product success metrics and come to actionable conclusions for next iterations
- Collaborate with product leadership to shape the long-term product and business direction
- Communicate with stakeholders during the Product life cycle
- Reflect on each release cycle and identify improvements to be actioned in the next cycle
