Role

Who you are

  • 1+ years of experience in sales; experience with advertising sales for media or mobile solutions is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the DACH region
  • Strong understanding of DACH market dynamics, including client preferences and cultural nuances
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; with the ability to influence and build relationships with various stakeholders
  • Proven ability to drive the full sales cycle, from acquisition and lead generation to deal closure
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset and knowledge of online formats, benchmarks and KPIs
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required

What the job involves

  • As our Sales Manager - DACH you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and spearheading strategic initiatives that will drive our organization to continued success
  • You will ensure the success of our platform by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships. Your role will be instrumental in establishing 4screen as the leading in-car marketing channel
  • Identifying potential customers: You will target strategic local players and leading brands across a wide range of industries and verticals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers: You will provide customized solutions to our customers by understanding their business needs and interests
  • Conducting product demonstrations: You will have access to all our features and cars to showcase the value of our product in an individualized manner
  • Collaborating accross teams: You will work closely accross various teams to generate leads, network and create marketing material
  • Ensuring regular reporting: You will keep track of sales activities in your region, pipeline and revenue forecasts
  • Optimizing processes: You will actively promote the use of best practices and a collaborative environment
