What the job involves

Driving positive business outcomes for our customers
Increased revenue, reduced churn, and better user activation are more meaningful than monthly active users
Providing value to our customers that goes above and beyond what is currently possible within the product itself
We are the external representatives of our company, we solve our customers problems even when the product isn't quite there yet
Owning a full book of business from onboarding through activation and upsell
We aim to build multi-year partnerships with our customers. We are not transactional
Being an advocate for our customers so that our product+engineering teams continue to build the right products for them

What Customer Success at Enterpret is NOT:

Our take

Customer feedback is an excellent source of insight for product and customer teams. But pulling useable insights from across different feedback sources can be a daunting task.

Enterpret helps companies to do just this, providing solutions powered by adaptive AI models, that can be tailored to each client's specific customer feedback structure. Through this approach, the platform supplies precise, relevant and granular insights that can support product and revenue growth.

The company boasts customers such as Canva, Notion, Loom and Strava. With considerable funding behind it, Enterpret plans to continue scaling and enhancing its offering so it can maintain a position at the front of the market. Its 2025 launch of the first agentic customer feedback platform is an example of this.
