Senior Quality Engineer, Leadtech

• The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of defining and implementing quality best practices, hands-on experience in test automation, experience mentoring team members, and promoting excellence and continuous improvement across QA discipline
• Experience with front-end web application test automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, JestJS, Postman
• Experience on API testing, integration testing, and regression testing
• Solid experience with debugging, log analysis, and root cause investigation of application issues
• Track record in defining, implementing, and optimizing quality strategies for software systems
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, version control, and modern software development practices
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting
• Experience coping with and reducing technical debt within fast-moving application environments
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, process improvement, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
