Growth Marketing Lead, Xendoo

• Minimum 4 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 of those years in a SaaS environment
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing — you know how to grow a software business and convert buyers with long sales cycles
• Background in FinTech, Accounting, Finance, or adjacent industries strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot — not just the basics, but workflows, reporting, and automation
• Proficiency in WordPress specifically (not just CMS experience generally)
• Strong understanding of funnel architecture and lead generation mechanics
• Experience developing or supporting partnership programs
• Ability to build strategy from scratch and execute against it independently
• Excellent critical thinking — you connect dots others miss and solve problems creatively
• A fast learner who picks up new tools, markets, and concepts quickly
• A design eye — you don't need to be a designer, but you know what good looks like
• Social media fluency with a B2B context — LinkedIn especially

• Manage and optimize our HubSpot instance — workflows, sequences, reporting, and lead scoring
• Own our WordPress website — updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization
