Who you are
- 3+ years experience in building ML models
- Experience setting ML models in production and monitoring them
- Proficiency with data exploration tools (python, pandas)
- You are pragmatic, taking pride in creating value with simple solutions
- You are outcome-oriented, never losing focus on the value for the end-user
- You value highly reliable work, documenting and testing your code, inspired by software engineering best practices

What the job involves
- As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in the Data team, you will report to Alexandre our Data Director, and team up with the Product team to put artificial intelligence at the heart of Inato's product
- You will be a partner to the Product Managers, helping them understand when Machine Learning can solve business problems
- You will be an enabler for our Product Squads serving ML models in production that bring measurable value to our users. Our product squads are composed of a product manager, a product designer, engineers, a data engineer, and a product data analyst
- Reduce risk by identifying predictors of site poor performance
- Simplify their processes by facilitating data transformation between heterogeneous documents
- Reduce the burden for sites when filling feasibility questionnaires
- Proactively identify improvement areas for sites such that they might become eligible for more trialsIdentify the best possible trial matches for sites using various data inputs
- Pair with Product Managers to define your roadmap
- Build PoC to validate the feasibility of ML use cases
- Implement, deploy, and monitor ML features
