- Experienced: You have at least 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment

What the job involves
- Own scheduling logistics across all teams and international time zones — ensuring interviews are confirmed accurately and both candidates and interviewers have all necessary details
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage complex scheduling, proactively flag conflicts, and communicate updates clearly and promptly
- Leverage Ashby for scheduling, tracking, and analytics — automating workflows where possible to improve efficiency and maintain a consistent candidate experience
- Track and report recruiting metrics to keep the hiring team informed and identify opportunities to optimize the recruiting process
- Drive recruiting enablement, including maintaining documentation, helping with trainings, and fielding ad hoc requests
- Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling or process challenges and resolve them before they become blockers
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives, taking ownership and driving them to completion with minimal supervision
