Frontend Engineering Manager, Arine

• The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in frontend development, proven experience managing distributed teams, and a collaborative mindset when working with product designers and backend engineers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of professional frontend engineering experience, including production-grade React development
• 3+ years of experience in a management or team lead capacity
• Experience leading distributed engineering teams (onshore, offshore, or nearshore)
• Deep proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web development practices
• Familiarity with AWS-based infrastructure and APIs, especially in serverless contexts (Lambda, API Gateway)
• Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners

• This role is critical to the success of our B2B SaaS platform, which operates in a cloud-native AWS environment and serves customers in regulated healthcare settings
• You will be responsible for both people leadership and technical delivery across a globally distributed team, ensuring high-quality, accessible, and maintainable UI experiences for our users
• Manage and grow a team of frontend engineers across multiple geographies (FTE and contract-based across onshore, nearshore, and offshore)
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in designing and implementing scalable React applications
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to define, refine, and deliver user-facing features
• Maintain and evolve our design system and component library in partnership with the design team
• Drive quality through code reviews, testing strategy, performance monitoring, and accessibility compliance
• Ensure smooth and reliable integration between the frontend and AWS Lambda-based backend services
• Oversee sprint planning, work prioritization, and delivery milestones for frontend initiatives
