Who you are
- You possess an educational background in Engineering or an equivalent qualification
- 1 or 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, construction, electrical field, ideally including the oversight of EV charging infrastructure projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing different stakeholders and supplier relationships, and optimizing procurement processes to achieve cost savings and enhance operational efficiency
- Your proactive nature enables you to make swift choices and find solutions, even in dynamic environments
- Your exceptional communication skills allow you to engage and rally diverse stakeholders effectively throughout the project
- You are autonomous, quick learner and adapt quickly
- You have an analytical, problem-solving mind
- You are a great communicator and know how to build collaborative relationships and ensuring smooth coordination among all stakeholders
- You are able to multitask and maintain a global vision of the projects you manage
- You possess fluency in both spoken and written Dutch and English
- You are motivated to join a scale up company in full construction

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Project Manager capable of following and coordinating from A to Z the development and implementation of our Electra ultra-fast charging stations in the Netherlands
- You will work closely with your Business Development and Operations team to ensure that the station is up and running within a few months
- You will be in charge of organising and delivering the different project milestones, mobilising and coordinating our installation partners and generally ensuring the entire project management of the installation of an Electra charging station
- To manage several projects at the same time, defining the scope of action of each partner, the budget, the resources, the risks and the main deliverables
- Each project involves several stakeholders to coordinate and move forward in the same direction, including the following: the client (owner of the land where the station is to be installed), electricity network managers, engineering offices, installation partners, local authorities, etc

Electra is revolutionising electric vehicle charging with its installation of fast charging stations across major and medium-sized urban areas across Europe. In addition to the obvious benefit of having access to a fast-charging station, the company’s mobile and web application makes finding a station as simple as possible with its unique features.
The company has received support and recognition from the French government, joining the French Tech Next40, a government support program dedicated to the most promising French scale-ups and future European heavyweights.
The company saw a substantial injection of funding in mid-2022 that has enabled it to accelerate its coverage of France and further expand across European markets in Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, and more. Planning to deploy 8,000 charging stations by 2030, the young company secured a $430 million green loan facility in 2025 to accelerate its progress.
