• As a People Operations Working Student, you will play a key role in supporting our daily operations and employee experience across all locations
• Support administration throughout the employee lifecyle
• Help with onboarding and offboarding new joiners e.g. with paperwork, hardware, and merch
• Prepare and handle employee documents, such as work certificates, visa docs, hardware forms
• Sort and organize incoming mail for the People team
• Maintain accurate employee records and follow up with employees for required data
• Support day-to-day coordination by scheduling meetings or sending surveys
• Update and manage Personio templates
• Support with employee requests
• Respond to incoming tickets and ensure documents or info are sent out promptly and accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline people (HR) processes
