Role
Who you are
- You have at least four years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or call center industry
- You have already gained initial management experience
- You are data-driven and have a strong affinity for processes
- You have a proven track record of underpinning your strategic goals with KPIs and successfully driving them forward
- You are communicative, have strong organisational skills and are able to quickly establish a goal-oriented working relationship with different stakeholders
- You have a very good command of German and English (at least C1)
What the job involves
- Success-oriented team and performance management: daily management of the SDR team to ensure KPIs are met, setting individual performance targets, continuous progress tracking and targeted feedback for further development
- Strategic sales development: designing the sales strategy and building the necessary infrastructure to achieve the defined KPI targets
- Individual skills development: coaching and individual feedback sessions to improve sales skills and overcome obstacles
- Increasing technological efficiency: further development the tech stack (Outreach, data enrichment tools, Salesforce) to increase performance and efficiency
- Continuous process optimisation: continuously optimise outbound processes to maximise outbound motion
- Hands-on sales: take on operational sales activities and actively contribute to the team's success

Compared to other industries, the real estate sector has been rather left behind by technological developments, still relying on old-fashioned record-keeping and telephone communications. But the recent arrival of PropTech startups are changing that. casavi is one such company, aiming to digitise the industry with a collaborative property management platform.
casavi's platform automates and streamlines many aspects of the property management business, allowing for online ticketing and service apps for tenants. Most notably, its collaborative platform, Relay, allows real-time communication between over 50,000 real estate service providers. As an early mover in a sector urgently in need of modernisation, casavi has quickly earned a client base of over 1,600 property managers, housing associations and commercial property owners with a collective portfolio of over 130,000 buildings.
Having raised funding, casavi is moving to cement its leading position in the DACH PropTech sector. It is working to develop its product with a focus on automation features, expand its partnership scheme to more real estate services and build out its team. In the longer term, it will scale its solution and increase its customer base in the DACH region.
