- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills

What the job involves
- The BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) Engineering team delivers the core platform that allows customers to run ClickHouse Cloud securely inside their own cloud environments
- We design and operate the controller and automation that provisions, configures, and manages cloud infrastructure and ClickHouse clusters across AWS, GCP, and Azure—while ensuring a seamless, cloud-native experience that meets strict compliance, security, and networking requirements
- Our team builds the abstraction layers, Kubernetes-based orchestration, and multi-cloud automation that power the BYOC deployment model end-to-end
- To complement our current cloud infrastructure and backend expertise, we are looking for a full-stack engineer who can help us build intuitive user experiences, strengthen our control-plane services, and bridge the gap between our backend systems and customer-facing workflows
- Own and build key features, focusing on frontend and backend systems that streamline onboarding, monitoring and maintaining experience for users
- Work closely with our ClickHouse Control Plane team, and partner with them to produce better user experience of our BYOC offering
Our take
Database management systems have long been important to the operations of businesses. However, these systems can be painfully slow. ClickHouse solves this problem with its ultra-fast database management system, that powers real-time analytics and apps.
ClickHouse's founding team hail from companies including Yahoo!, Netflix, Salesforce and Google. Alongside this funding, it recently announced the acquisition of LibreChat, an open-source AI chat platform, allowing ClickHouse to launch its Agentic Data Stack. This move positions the company at the forefront of agentic analytics, allowing organizations to interact with massive datasets through AI agents, and demonstrates ClickHouses's commitment to shaping the future of real-time,. intelligent data analysis.
