- Teach, Tailor and Take Control: Fully embrace and execute The Challenger sales methodology in every engagement
- Drive Sales Strategy: Manage complex, high-value sales cycles from lead generation to close, focusing on accounts within our target market
- Develop and Maintain Strategic Relationships: Build and sustain long-term partnerships with key decision-makers, ensuring alignment with their business goals and challenges
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with engineering, operations, customer success, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that address customer needs and drive adoption
- Understand Customer Needs: Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to uncover customer challenges, future goals, and key business drivers

Our take
When it comes to the development and implementation of AI, America leads the way, yet in manufacturing, it's falling behind. The shortage of factory workers is indeed an ongoing crisis, not least due to the ripple effects of the global pandemic. Brothers Alex and Andrew Lonsberry are addressing these issues with their fleet of robotic systems that help to fill gaps in the manufacturing industry.
Path Robotics combines computer vision, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to create robots that can help fit and weld parts in factories. This allows human workers to focus less on menial tasks in the construction line. Its AF1 Welding Robot can pick, fit and weld small parts, continuously improving and adapting to factory conditions. An important factor is its minimized need for oversight, thus freeing up workers for other jobs.
Path’s prescient solution to a critical problem has helped it raise $271 million in funding to date. Its 2024 round will help the company further solidify its position as the leading robotics company addressing US worker shortages.
